When have you felt most alive?
during a beautiful sunset, a walk on the beach, or while climbing a tree?
Whether hiking in the mountains, gazing at the stars, sitting at the base of a waterfall, or running through an open field—moments and memories like these conjure within us a deep sense of what it means to be a part of the natural world, and to be fully human.
Nature invites us into the fullness of our true selves;
the life and beauty of our wholly wild, authentic selves.
Wholly Wild is a holistic, nature-based retreat for the nourishment of the hearts, minds, and bodies of those who work with children.
This retreat is an embodied, experiential invitation to transform the inner landscape of the teacher.
Wholly Wild is open to anyone who desires to immerse themselves in nature, to experience adventure as a path for cultivating wholeness, and to connect with others through the joy of collective effervescence.
Come. Connect. Cultivate.
Live in the Wild Flow.
Immerse yourself in wonder…
Woodsong Forest School, the host of Wholly Wild, is located at Johnston Woods.
Johnston Woods Retreat Center resides on 385 acres of beautiful woodland in Cleveland, Tennessee. This majestic forest contains lovely spring-fed creeks, towering old growth trees, two lakes, native herbaceous plants, diverse wildlife, and an expansive view.
The children bring their own joyous song to the woods too; their wonder and human vitality add beauty to the inspiring landscape.
